Orto Parisi

- +

During the early 1900s, a young Vincenzo Parisi was removed from his family from a malaria-infested Puglia, with the aim of seeking better opportunities, which the poor rural provinces of southern Italy lacked at that time.

Unlike the many who at the time dreamed and pursued the American dream, Vincenzo's journey began by working as a shoemaker in Genoa.

It was then that he made his first and only pair of leather shoes, and it lasted until his final days.

After various maintenance procedures, those shoes eventually lost their original appearance.

However, their soul has always remained intact.
